Key Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing customer care services related to social grants
- Screening, capturing, and maintaining grant applications and beneficiary details
- Coordinating and administering medical bookings and assessments
- Offering off-site grant application services to community members
- Performing scanning, batching, and filing of grant documentation
