Minimum requirements

Main duties
Successful candidates will support patient administration functions in a hospital environment. Duties include filing and retrieving patient records, tracing missing files, updating patient information on the SAP (HIS) system, completing registers accurately, checking patient movement history, and helping maintain proper file storage and disposal in line with the National Archives Act. The role also includes daily patient booking, ward census work, and assisting SAPS and other stakeholders with J88-related processes where required. Applicants must also be willing to work shifts and rotate within Patient Administration when requested.
