Key Responsibilities
Successful applicants will be expected to:
- Prepare high-quality meals, snacks, sandwiches, and fast foods for branded food outlets.
- Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards at all times.
- Assist with stock counts, inventory control, and replenishment of supplies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers in a warm, polite, and professional manner.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance the service experience.
- Work efficiently to prepare food items quickly while ensuring consistent quality.
- Follow all loss-prevention procedures and workplace guidelines.
- Adhere to company policies, behaviour standards, and safety practices.
- Perform additional duties as required within the scope of the role.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 (Compulsory)
