Job Description
The Fuels Cashier plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service at the fuel desk or convenience counter. This role involves handling fuel and retail sales, processing payments, keeping accurate records, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient service environment. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer service.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or NQF Level 4
- Strong numerical skills
- Thorough, reliable, and accurate
- Energetic and able to work at a fast pace
- Committed to adding value and improving work processes
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage sales at the paypoint
- Perform daily stock counts
- Complete administrative tasks as required
- Deliver consistently high levels of customer service
Skills
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Strong conflict management skills
- Computer literacy, particularly in MS Office
