Bidvest Bank is offering a 12-month Banking Learnership Programme designed for individuals eager to build a career in the banking and financial services sector.
This programme combines structured learning with practical workplace experience, allowing participants to work towards an accredited Banking Certificate (NQF Level 5). Learners will gain exposure to real-world banking operations while developing essential industry skills.
Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development
- Attend all training sessions and complete required assessments
- Work towards obtaining the Banking Certificate (NQF Level 5)
- Apply theoretical knowledge in a practical work environment
Operational Support
- Assist with daily banking and administrative duties
- Provide support in customer service and internal processes
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation
Workplace Engagement
- Maintain professional interactions with clients and colleagues
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
- Demonstrate commitment, accountability, and a strong willingness to learn
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification
- No prior participation in a similar learnership programme
