Job Overview

Minimum Requirements
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative or finance environment
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders

Job Responsibilities
Administrative and Financial Duties
- Capture, verify, and process invoices and purchase orders accurately
- Ensure supplier invoices are authorised and paid on time
- Maintain accurate records of vendors, payments, and transactions
- Liaise with procurement teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Resolve discrepancies and escalate unresolved issues when necessary
General Administrative Support
- Provide daily administrative support to ensure smooth operations
- Handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and suppliers
- Support process improvements to enhance efficiency
Reporting and Customer Service
- Respond to supplier and customer queries promptly
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, statistics, and presentations
- Maintain professional relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
Compliance and Additional Duties
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Support operational requirements as needed
- Take responsibility for performance and professional conduct
