Main duties

The successful applicant will support daily messenger and document-handling functions within the hospital. Duties include distributing circulars and official documents to relevant stakeholders, handling office resources such as the photocopier, fax, and franking machines, collecting mail from the post office every day, collecting files from departments such as the Polyclinic, Pharmacy, Casualty, and wards, answering the telephone promptly, and carrying out other tasks assigned by the relevant authorities.
